Service test bench
On the customer service test bench Vario gearboxes of Fendt (AGCO Group) can be tested and calibrated.
The test bench consists of six test stations, a movable engine console with protective cover and an oil processing unit with a hot and cooling water tank.
The gearboxes are fixed on the test station, firmly connected with the drive engine and hydraulically connected using quick couplings. For protection, a cover is moved down to ensure the safety of personnel and the environment. During the whole test sequence, the entire system is permanently monitored with various sensors.
In the storage tank of the oil processing unit the circulating oil is warmed to an adjustable temperature and is pumped via two pumps into the gearbox.
Finally all data are stored and transferred to the AGCO-own server.
